BOARDING AGREEMENT

WHEN YOU COME TO DROP YOUR PET, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO SIGN A COPY OF OUR BOARDING AGREEMENT, KINDLY TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS DOCUMENT AS IT IS VERY IMPORTANT.

All pets age should be 5 months or over and should be fully immunised.

All Vaccination certificates MUST be shown upon admission. Minimum requirements, Fe3 Cats and C5 Dogs.

Auspet Boarding Kennels and Cattery reserves the right to refuse entry of any animal or pet.

A reservation deposit may be required for each pet boarded as set by Auspet Boarding Kennels and Cattery. Refunds can only be availed if notice of cancellation is given at least four weeks prior to booking. An administration fee may be deducted from the returned deposit.

All dates booked are fully payable. Boarding rates are charged on a calendar day basis. The owner agrees to pay the rate of boarding in effect on the date the pet is checked into Auspet Boarding Kennels and Cattery as posted in the kennel office.

The owner should agree to pay all cost and charges for  all veterinary costs for the pet during the time pet is in our care.

All pets are allowed to leave only when all boarding and other charges are paid in full to the officials of Auspet Boarding and Kennels by the owner of the pet.

By signing these conditions and leaving the pet, the owner certifies to the accuracy of all information given about said pet to us.

The owner agrees to be solely responsible for any and all acts of behaviour of the pet whilst in the care of Auspet Boarding Kennels and Cattery and to indemnify Auspet boarding Kennels and Cattery against any claim for loss or damage made by any person as a result of the act or behaviour of the pet.

The owner specifically represents that he/she is the sole owner of the pet also free and clear of all liens and encumbrances.

All charges incurred by the owner must be paid for before the discharging fromthe boarding. If all charges are not paid Auspet Boarding Kennels and Cattery has the right to offer the said pet for public sale. If a sale does not secure a price to cover the charge, the cost of sale and keeping the pet until sold, the owner is liable to Auspet Boarding Kennels and Cattery for the difference. Auspet Boarding Kennels and Cattery may take this course of action if not advised of a pick up date within two weeks of the advised dates.

If veterinary attention is needed for the pet, then Auspet Boarding Kennels and Cattery will endeavour to contact the owner, but in the event of contact not being able to be made then Auspet Boarding Kennels and Cattery in its absolute discretion, deciding the veterinary attention is necessary, then the owner will be liable for all such expenses.

So far as this business is able, then this business, its employees or agents, will under no circumstances be responsible for injury, death, loss or damage to any pet whilst in Boarding or transit.
